When entertaining, we think a charcuterie board is an absolute must. The good thing about a charcuterie spread is you basically just put a bunch of cheese, meats, crackers, dried fruits and pickled things on a board and it will pretty much always look good. We both literally started throwing all of these items on the board, in a rush, with no real plan and it all just started to come together. I mean, it did look like a hot mess in the beginning, but if you just keep adding layers it will end up looking like you knew what you were doing. Just add wine and good friends and you are all set.
