JORDASH RECENT BUYS

This is a random assortment, but these are all recent buys that we just had to share. The basis of JordAsh is to share great products and tips that we truly  stand behind. So, are you are looking for a new great lipgloss or highlighter....or maybe you need a portable phone charger or slow cooker recommendation? If so, then we are happy we could help!

  1. The Home Edit Book - I absolutely love the two women behind this book. They take organizing to the next level...including the homes of many huge celebrities. They are also absolutely hilarious! I make sure to ALWAYS watch their instagram stories. This book really does share some great tips & ideas while also providing humor.
  2. New Balance Toddler Shoes - I just ordered these for Lanier and have already had a few people ask where I found them. I love the pale pink and blue color combo.
  3. Laura Geller Highlighter - We have posted about this a few times, but it's seriously the BEST highlighter we have ever used. It's a makeup staple and I just placed an order for a new one.
  4. Apple Certified Portable Phone Charger - I did a lot of research when I was shopping for a portable charger. I like that this one is slim and the same size as my phone. I can hold the battery against the back of the phone which makes it easy to still use while it's charging. It also charges my phone back to 100% SUPER fast.
  5. Silk Knotted Leopard Print Headband - We are obsessed will all of the Lele Sadoughi headbands. This one is so good. It's all about animal prints this fall.
  6. Plumping Lip Polish - We both love Buxom Lipgloss and this shade is a favorite for fall.
  7. All-Clad Deluxe Slow Cooker with Cast-Aluminum Insert - I am OBSESSED with this slow cooker. The cast aluminum insert makes searing meat so easy. You can just sear the meat on the stovetop and then drop the insert into the slow cooker. I also think the cast aluminum just cooks everything more evenly.
  8. Hardcore Carnivore Black Seasoning - Jordan recently had dinner at a friends house and this seasoning was used on the meat. She said it was so good and immediately placed an order for it.
  9. Hangers with Clips - I recently did a major closet clean out. I always use velvet hangers but I really wanted to add in some hangers with clips for my skirts and hard to hang tops. I found these, and they are perfect for just that.

WEDNESDAY WANTS - FALL OUTFITS FOR KIDS

We are loving all of these adorable pieces for girls & boys this fall. They are selling out quickly online! If you don't see the size you need online, then check the store if you have one nearby.

This is totally not typically an outfit I would buy for Liam, but it's just so adorable. I love a coordinating top & pant sets. Plus...Liam said it was, "The most AMAZING outfit ever!"  So, at least I'm a cool mom now.

Obsessed with this adorable dress! So so cute! There are limited sizes online, so check your local store.

Can't wait to see this cute little outfit on Connell!

Told Liam to strike a pose!

PERFECT SLOW COOKER RIBS

I recently got this Slow Cooker that I have been eyeing for a while. I love that it has a cast-aluminum insert so you can use it on the stovetop to brown ingredients and then easily transfer it to the base for slow cooking. My last crockpot quit working a couple years ago and I kind of forgot how easy it makes getting dinner on the table. This is definitely one of my favorite things to cook in the crockpot. It's super simple and takes just minutes to prepare. The last step is the most important and makes them taste like they are fresh off the grill.

If you have a Trader Joe's nearby, this is my favorite BBQ sauce to use for this recipe.

Ingredients
  • Rack of Pork Baby Back Ribs
  • Seasoning to taste (I like to do Salt, Pepper & Garlic)
  • 1 Bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions
  1. Divide ribs into 3 or 4 pieces.
  2. Place cut ribs into slow cooker and season to taste.
  3. Coat with 3/4 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce. (Usually around 2 cups)
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. (I have done both ways and they turn out great)
  5. Once ribs are fully cooked, carefully scoop them out of the slow cooker and place on a baking sheet.
  6. DO NOT SKIP THESE LAST TWO STEPS. Coat each rib piece with the remaining BBQ Sauce.
  7. Place in oven and broil on High until the sauce on top starts to slightly bubble. (Usually takes 3-4 minutes) This will caramelize the sauce and give it that, straight off the grill effect.
