Ingredients
- Rack of Pork Baby Back Ribs
- Seasoning to taste (I like to do Salt, Pepper & Garlic)
- 1 Bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
Directions
- Divide ribs into 3 or 4 pieces.
- Place cut ribs into slow cooker and season to taste.
- Coat with 3/4 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce. (Usually around 2 cups)
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. (I have done both ways and they turn out great)
- Once ribs are fully cooked, carefully scoop them out of the slow cooker and place on a baking sheet.
- DO NOT SKIP THESE LAST TWO STEPS. Coat each rib piece with the remaining BBQ Sauce.
- Place in oven and broil on High until the sauce on top starts to slightly bubble. (Usually takes 3-4 minutes) This will caramelize the sauce and give it that, straight off the grill effect.
Absolutely LOVE this All-Clad Deluxe Slow Cooker with Cast-Aluminum Insert.
